I’d like a nice 6-0 win tonight. Just bury them. Don’t let them hang in there anymore.

And so it has come to this...

How many of you know that May 15 is something called "Bring Someone Flowers" Day? That Darn Puppet knows! He also knows that flowers mean many different things:

Changes I'd like to see

Stone on pp1. Had a lethal shot. Also knows how to fake it and make the pass, as shown on the last Backlund goal. Would also help limit his 5v5 minutes.

Carpenter in for Jarnkrok. Jarnkrok is invisible offensively and can't win a draw. Carpenter can at least help with the latter. We need defense in the bottom 6 -- better option than Ruzicka.

Double shift Johnny, Lindholm, Rasmus, Hanifin. It's game 7. Empty the clip. Live or die by your best players. If they all get less than 20minutes and Flames lose, that is unacceptable.

Expecting a loss, but hoping for a win. Would be a pleasant surprise for them to actually win an elimination game when the pressure is all on them.

Just don't be an '06 repeat. That was enough garbage to see just once in your life.

Let's try this again , the last time the Flames won a game 7 in Calgary was way back in 89. The last time they won a game 7 was 2004. Both of those were won in OT, so let's do it again today, although my heart won't be able to take OT. Lucic with the OT winner and the Dome explodes

Wow.

Game 7. Oilers waiting for us to have a Battle of Alberta.

Honestly does it get more pressure filled intense than that?

This is an amazing scenario for a Flames fan. This game is beyond important to a franchise that has wallowed in disappointment year after year, yet always has my full attention and allegiance.

The Flames players need this but really our fanbase needs this the most. We have been the ones wearing the Flames jerseys for all of these missed dances and playoff losses with the exceptions of 89, 04 and 2015.

This is what you live for as a fan, game 7 with our most hated rivals waiting for a chance at turning Alberta upside down.

One game. The question of pretenders or contenders about to be answered. Somebody can to step up and become our hero cementing themselves in Flames lore. This is what it's all about. Show us who you really are. The time is now.

I believe.

Go Flames Go!

I am excited for this game but will be more excited once I sell my second pair of tickets.

I am nervous about tonight. 06 vibes of the Flames having a BOA right there and choking against the Ducks the last time Sutter was coach getting goalied by Bryzgalov. This is the year I hope the narrative would change but I didn’t see this series going 7. I hope the Flames are able to do what the Oilers did last night and just own the game. Give Dallas nothing and take it to them all night.

The hockey world is cheering for the Flames so we get that coveted second round match. Go Flames go!!!

Don’t care how they win, just win!!! I feel this team would easily beat Edmonton in the 2nd round. After facing ottenger and dalllas boxed out defence , Edmonton’s defensive system will feel like pond hockey for the flames in the offensive zone. Add in draisatil playing on one leg , I could see a sweep . Trying not to look beyond this game but it’s hard knowing Edmonton in 2nd round is for the taking .

Need to focus on winning each period.

Forget about Johnny’s next contract and any pending new contracts across this roster.

Forget about the 2nd round.

It’s time to play all out effort and relentless hockey like they did in game 4.

Do this and the results will be a W

Does a CP member own an old time travelling machine that I can use before the game starts?

As I want to check out tomorrow's headlines to see if it is worth to watch the game tonight and if it's a positive outcome, I'll check end of may headlines too!

Mr. Puppet, I am really enjoying the dark thoughts. I think Scorch has brought out the best in you. Well done again.

Go Flames. Drag the Stars out of the sky and turn them to ash.

...and apparently we’re having some people, who could care less about hockey, over for dinner just in time to miss the ####ing game.
