Couldn’t hurt to make a lineup change to generate some more offense, it’s overdue at this point.

Ruzicka is healthy, big frame, long reach and has good hands… insert him in game 7 and sit whoever is really hurt or is struggling offensively.

We need a spark from someone who’s healthy, rested, and wants to win badly.

A rebuild would have been the better option, giving up all those draft picks for deadweight just to lose in the first round again will set the franchise back 2-3 years.

Nope it’s not the only reason

Do you realize you are selling the Flames short saying that?

The Flames have underperformed this series. Some of that is the Stars better coaching and veterans who are executing. Some of it is their goalie.

A whole boatload of it is the Flames fault, though.
Oettinger is the sole reason the series got to game 6 of this series. Tonight was the first night that Stars offence showed up.

Bowness taught his team to play trap hockey and hope Oettinger stands on his head, which he did. That's not good coaching.

At least we can be sure that Teemu Selanne won’t be in the lineup Sunday.

It is absolutely the only reason. Oettinger should have allowed ten more goals in these playoffs. The Flames should have beaten Dallas in 5.

Maybe if we snuck into the playoffs as an 8th seed but we are the division champ with 3 40 goal scorers and 2 100 pt players. The goal posts shifted long ago

Getting to rebounds and creating traffic in front of Oettinger have been the teams biggest downfall.

Yeah this is all in and total failure if we don’t advance

Agreed. There's very little gratitude for where we've managed to get to in one year. It's incredible.

Tell any of us this time last year and we would be jumping up and down for joy to know that we would be in this position in one season's time.

Sure, the team can be better from this performance, but so can we.

Chins up fellas. Let's be strong and be confident for our team. They need us behind them, not doubting them.

I just want the guy to tone down the gooning. We all know how good he is when he focuses on just playing instead of stirring #### up. That fight with Klingberg back in game 3 was just unnecessary. And if that fight actually broke his hand that makes it even worse.

Bowness got this team to play disciplined the only way that was going to get them wins. And they are tied in the series.

Sutter has n underperformers up and down the lineup and is being forced into the stars game.

Rebuild? By the time those young talented players we get from trading our stars develop into anything, people like yourself will be saying trade them for picks.!!!

Tough game. One of the best to watch in the series so far though.

Part of Calgary's trouble is they've only got 2 real stars - a goalie and a playmaker. Match the goalie and clog up the playmaking and suddenly it's pretty hard for the Flames to win.

Still think the Flames are the better team, still believe they'll win the series, but credit to Dallas for turning this series into a bunch of coin flips.
