Tampa can lose at any time. The Leafs have an 18-year-old streak on the line. I want the Leafs to lose this series because it will bring order to the universe and balance to the Force.

I'm just happy we know one of the two won't be in the 2nd round.
And hopefully Florida finishes off Washington as I think they'll make quick work of Toronto or Tampa.

What, because they beat the Flames in a close and awesome series?
Because the league didn't review the Gelinas goal?
Yeah, how dare they.
It's been 18 years; they probably don't even have the same equipment managers anymore.
Like a bitter ex-girlfriend should, just let it go; life is better when you release the hate.
Why can't people hate the Lightning? Why do people have to give a reason for hating the Lightning? Why are you picking on people hating the Lightning? Why is it that this bitter ex-girlfriend always comes up? Can't it be bitter ex-boyfriend?

You definitely can hate the Lightning. I just don't understand "what they did to us".
It can be a boyfriend, but I've only had girlfriends, so that's what I speak to. Their long term grudges are unhealthy, and possibly a factor of the stagnation of their lives.
It feels like the Leafs have been the better team throughout the series and every once in a while the Lighting flash their stuff and win a game. No idea how game 7 will go as the Lightning look spent but the Leafs are the Leafs.

I don't know, I feel like when Tampa is on their game they are the better team and control the game. The Leafs have spurts of good play but mostly they capitalize on Tampa's mistakes.
Yesterday though I thought the Leafs played their best game and were the better team. Can they do that in game 7? Yesterday they really didn't have that much pressure but now they also face elimination and carry the baggage that they have from previous chokes. And Tampa has done this a million times.
I think the Leafs have been the better team so far, but the gap isn't large.
I think the more important thing though, is that the Leafs will have a 900 gorilla on their backs tomorrow, whereas - as Saqe said - the Lightning have done this a million times.

Tampa has the better goalie and just as much star power imo, ALL the pressure is on Toronto to not embarrass themselves yet again and they're facing the most experienced team in the league. Sizing up to be a debacle
