Brace yourselves: No fanbase can be more obnoxious than Leafs Nation when they are winning. Hell, they are barely tolerable when they are not.

Leafs are trying to hold on to this lead by dumping out and absorbing the Bolts skating back in. Won’t work for all 20 mins.

Cuthbert is counting down each minute and Simpson is commenting already on the 15 seconds that the Leafs are killing up with those dump ins. Desperate times.

Cuthbert shamlessly trying to be arguing that high stick.

The cats are going to wipe the floor with whichever team comes out of this series.

I gasped when Campbell stood straight up. Kucherov was waiting for it.

Being from Toronto, I'm dying to see the Leafs lose. Leafs fans are super overconfident year over year. Always the "this is our year" attitude. Admittedly this years team is good, but Tampa has been playing a bit crappy.

I don’t know where this comes from from I’ve honestly never met a leaf fan who had any sort of confidence their team was going to win. And I’ve lived in southern Ontario for 10 years.

Really? Must be a nice area to live where you're free from that.

Same here. The leafs fans I know out here are the first to expect their team to collapse in big games.

The two most insufferable fan bases are Leafs and Oil.

And there are honest to goodness Flames fans in here cheering for the Leafs smh.

I felt that way about the Flames game yesterday. The tickets said 7:30 start and the players didn't come out for warm up until 7:10, Zamboni on the ice at 7:30. WTF.

Blegh.

Them wearing blue just eradicates all feeling.

It's like... instant apathy.

Doubt it, the season series were even against both teams. But it's going to be a fun series against either one, should be a lot of goals.
