Based on what I see on the side of this photo, looks like it has 37% of ur trans fats so if ur going for health idk if this is the best option…

Hahahaha don’t really care about the trans fat being that high since I eat well but I track my calories & macronutrients daily so I’m curious as to what the nutrition facts are like so I can fit it into my daily allotted calories lol.

Lol it’s the fitness lifestyle man. I’m already in too deep into this lifestyle of working out and tracking calories over the years that there’s no escape now 😂. Sometimes I wonder why I do this to myself since I have the biggest sweet tooth lol 😭.

Can somebody please post the best-before date as well? I want to make sure we're getting only the most freshest of iced cream.
