Weird. If you change your settings to display some number of posts other than 20 or 40, do you see it? I see it at 60 posts per page but not 40. Instead, I get the post at the bottom of the first page and the top of the second.

The post order breaks like that occasionally. I've had it happen lots when you post to a page that's already maxed out in posts instead of refreshing, and yours would be the first on the next page. The post is there, but it doesn't always show up properly.
