95% of penalties called are penalties.
The NHL is the only league that can’t build viewers as the playoffs go on and it’s because rules change (even though penalty calls have been more in the playoffs than the regular season for a bunch of years).
The nhl will fix officiating and it will be more penalties until teams realize you can’t mug your way to a Stanley cup anymore.
