So the guy whose toughness is fake beat you up.

What does that say about you? Indirectly he was insulting himself.

They know Klingberg don’t want the smoke, he just made himself look like a fool.

Andersson had 50 points in this year, finished the season at +30 (would have been tops in Edmonton, two ahead of McJesus), plays an amazingly effective transition game in the neutral zone, has a terrific shot and is one of the most underrated #2 defensemen in the league. He also answered the bell when it came calling.

How is he a "pretender", Jason?

Klingberg is going to get destroyed the next game. Who lights him up first? Tkachuk (again), maybe Lucic?

I can't wait.

Where would Rascal fit in the oilers line up?

Gotta love when Edmonton media writes and tweets like fanboys.

He's a pretender? He dropped the gloves and ragdolled him. Anything else you'd like to whine about?

I also loved the comment from Bowman that "they said they were going to run us out of the building." Who said that, Bowman? I know Sutter would not and am fairly sure they had a talk about bulletin board material. Stupid Stars.

Pretender? I try not to look at things through Flame colored glasses but would Rasmus really have that reputation? I guess he is a bit of a chirper but he answers the bell doesn’t he?

I guess he could come across as an arrogant SOB to the opposition, but not pretender IMO.

Yeah, for real. Nobody from the Flames would have said that, so who is he quoting? The media? Their own media from Dallas (LOL)? Get over it and be clear on your quotes. And Raz as a fake tough guy? He completely owned you in the fight and dropped you with ease, actually. Shut your mouth.

Edit - re-read my post. Why am I getting angry? LOL. Stupid Dallas.

Nothing more than Dallas trying to build something up. Coach did the same thing and pretend they were keeping up with our physicality.

Klingberg should’ve just kept his mouth shut. They roughed him up in game 1. But just you wait, it’ll be way worse now.

Funny...

Lucic, Ritchie, gudrabson, zadorov just every day tough guys.

Then you get to the guys willing to raise the physicality come this time of year.... Tkachuk, Anderson, Tanev, Lewis,

Forget Dallas, how many teams in the NHL can go say they have that level of top tier tough guys, let alone guys willing to engage.

Klinburgs comments are basically comedy at this point. If anything it plays into the flames hands. Poor guy. Loser

the number of teams in the league that can physically intimidate the Flames is (checks notes) zero.

LOL at Klingberg. The only thing his comments do is provide locker room billboard material for the Flames. Get ready for a rough ride Klingberg.

I was just thinking, "This smacks of Ferkland vibes", and we know how well that turned out
