Didn't grind through 82 games to see the playoffs meddled with by the officials.

Hopefully this is just a first round thing to draw eyeballs.

9 powerplays half way thru the game. This looks like an exaggerated attempt to send a message by the refs/league like they did when they cracked down on stick infractions a few years ago.

Most infractions aren't called, even in the regular season; the referees pick and choose which calls to make, either for reasons of so-called game management (which should be none of their business), or on some whim known only to themselves.

Are you actually suggesting that the officiating we see in the regular season is something to emulate?

Realizing I only enjoy Leafs games when things are going off the rails for them. Not getting much enjoyment here. Gross hearing their crowd this loud.
