Last time they broke up the top line it was Toffoli that got the nod. It's been a while since we have seen Mangiapane with that combo, and I'm curious if a more seasoned Eat Bread could maintain near the dominance that we have become accustomed to. If he can, the shift of talent on lines two and three look really dangerous.

What I love about Darryls philosophy is he deals in facts.

Call it what it is. If it looks and walks like a duck it's not a penguin....its a duck.....and what do we do with ducks......we shoot them .
Simple stuff.
The media has been corrected allot lately and I'm thinking that they should take more notes or something....Darryl should joke that there's a quiz after every media scrum just so he knows they were paying attention ....just like in practice ya just have to do it right once and move on.
He sounds a little frustrated though....talking about having to blend lines and use multiple goalies.....shouldn't have to do that to win....but he did and it worked and that's why its great he back.
Maybe we'll all be smarter in the end....just had to be Sutterized!!

Toffoli got the nod because Darryl thought he'd gone cold, as opposed to putting Mangiapane there because it's more dangerous.
