8 years X whatever it takes!!!! and lets be honest, there is no way Tkachuk would be at 92 points and Lindholm at 37 goals without the best player in the NHL being on their line.

I don’t mind that they didn’t ask that head on. Shows respect for the family.

They were mostly joking/kidding around. Not hard to throw in a "how about 8 more years of this??"

Yeah it’s just a light hearted and fun interview. A question like that would have made things awkward for them

Papa Guy and Sutter need to do an offseason road trip Buddy Movie.

What a night to be at the Dome. Awful first 2 periods, but in the end there was a comeback, a milestone night for Johnny and Chucky with the hat trick. You could feel the anticipation from the crowd every time Gaudreau had the puck. Everyone in the building knew he was sitting at 99 points and you could tell it was on his mind along with his teammates.

Just so glad it finally happened and the way it happened with Johnny’s parents also in attendance. From the standing ovation, to the Johnny chants, to his goal song, to his applause every time he touched the puck in the third. I think the Gaudreau family got to really see how much this fanbase really appreciates their son and that there’s no other place for him but here in Calgary.

With Johnny Gaudreau reaching the 100-point mark for the first time in his career Tuesday night, Craig Button shares what stands out to him the most about 'Johnny Hockey's' stellar season, and discusses how "awful" Duncan Keith and Evan Bouchard's night was in the Oilers' loss to the Wild.

Heard this one was ugly. Might just stay away from the highlights and take the W! Way to go, Flames! Way to go, Johnny!

NSFW!

Good teams find a way.

They’ve had a few of these recently IMHO - mediocre play that still results in a win. I guess that’s what good teams do, but it’s not super encouraging this close to the playoffs. The Kraken — the freaking Kraken! — dominated them for the majority of the game. Play like that against anyone but Seattle and they’re toast.

Spoiler!

Unlike Hrudey, I did have a feeling the Flames' would find their way back into this one. Good to see Sutter hold Markstrom accountable and put Vladar in, who came up big when it mattered.

Also congrats to Johnny on point 100! What a special moment to have his family in the stands to see it live.

I thought Mr Gaudreau was a “Gai” not “Gee”. For some reason I remember him being adamant about that.
