Wow that was unreal. From a bunch of dishrag-tired and disorganized guys to a highly-honed machine....other than putting in Vladdy, would be interesting to know what Darryl said in the intermission.

Great move (but why didn't he start Vladar?). Dome was like a frickin' library for the first two periods. Fans finally came alive.

Happy for Mama and Papa Hockey to be there when Johnny got his 100th! (and 101st!)

Yeah, Marky was good. He kept the team in it when we probably should have been down by 3-4. I'm sure he understands that the goalie change was about shaking the team up, and not because of a poor performance.

I think that’s pulling a goalie during a period. Waiting for the period change allows a broader reset.
If Ward did that the Flames may well have beat Dallas two years ago.

A broken record, but Sutter is a master of having the pulse of a team and players in game.

That was last year when we were blasted by EDM. Think Markstrom let in 7 that game. This year Sutter has pulled Markstorm 3 times(one was an equipment problem). Vladar won 2 of those.

tough first couple of periods, but the Flames really stepped on the gas in the third.

Amazing to see Johnny get 100 with his parents in the stands...and Matty with a Hat trick...pretty awesome.

Congrats to Johnny on the milestone! Exciting to see another Flame hit the 100 point club after such a long time.

Really think Kylington and Gudbranson are difference makers on the back end. The absence of those two has been very noticeable.

I can't believe that's only Chucky's second hattrick.

I hope Vladar starts a bunch of games here in the next 2 weeks and let Markstrom rest.

Nice comeback. Great to hear the crowd chanting for Johnny after he got his 100th point.

Always great when the Flames win and Oilers lose in the same night.

How much will Tkachuk cost after he scores 40 goals and 100pts?
