If 960 decided to move on from Boomer and Pinder, for whatever reason, I hope they would start a podcast. They would have no problem with sponsorship, I assume, and it would be entertaining listening to an uncut version of their show. Maybe the could entice Rhett to come back. No more 4am wake-up’s.

Very weird. Soon after the new show started, Boomer went on vacation for like 2 weeks. Then Rhett left. Then there was the covid situation last week. Seems like there hasn't even been a single uninterrupted week.

I had to turn it off. This station, Like most Sportsnet entities, seems to be dying a slow death.
Boomer , Pinder , Steinberg are core pieces that bring any kind of quality to the station. Precina(sp) I felt was very good in her fill in last week.

I've grown apart from the radio. Steinberg is great, but that's all they have anymore. Boomer is a great host, but he's not a real sports guy like Pat is.
Podcasts is the way to go. Lots of Flames content out there, but also league-wide stuff.

Today was one of the rare days I'm driving into work, and was looking forward to listening to some good Fan960 morning radio as I drove in. The stuff they had on the radio was pretty much unlistenable to me, so I had to just switch it to FM radio for the drive. So disappointed.
