That ball was going fast enough to kill someone, my god. What a shot by Vladdy.

Love the timing of the Homer after Buck and Dan mentioning he hasn't hit a homerun yet.

Wow. Ryu got rocked. Imagine how good this team will be when the starting pitching actually shows up.
Jays also getting babip'd pretty good this inning..

Ryu’s stuff always walks the fine line between being unhittable and completely destroyable. He’s likely a back of the rotation guy at this point. The good news is that they have some pitching depth and aren’t needing him to be an ace. They do need him to eat some innings though.

What the hell happened? It’s 6-1 when I leave to walk the dog and come back to 7-6 Rangers?

Yikes. This is unwatchable right now. The rangers have a decent lineup but this is just bad pitching. Good thing the bats are dope.

Ryu started to falter, Gurriel made two mistakes throwing to third rather than keep the guy on first, and Merryweather came in and couldn't bail them out. I knew it was coming when he was the guy Montoyo brought in. I don't have much confidence in him at all.

It's going to be crazy when this team starts getting good pitching.

This is frustrating as hell but with a shorter spring training it’s not totally unexpected. Just hope the bats wake up for the second half.

Trying to consistently out-hit bad pitching isn’t a sustainable long term strategy. We are going to need a lot better from the starters if we are going to live up to the lofty expectations for the team.

Still time to get back in this game, but as long as they win series then that's ok.

Well none of these pitchers are stretched out and got very few innings in spring training. I’m not worried about the starters.
