I thought Jones and Olczyk were great although I didn't see the whole game. Third period was very well done IMO.

I like Kenny Albert too, fun fact-

"He is the only sportscaster who currently does play-by-play for all four major professional sports leagues in the United States and Canada"

I was laughing about that.

People were remarking about TNTs crystal clear footage.

Except SN uses the home teams broadcast for away games because of covid. They send no crew. So it was the same footage lolol.

Yeah that was pretty awful. Someone on the panel should have called him out on that. He's the weak link there overall for sure.
This in regards to Carter saying Lindblom.

As others have mentioned, the Flames 4th line has been good with the addition of Carpenter. At the end of the game they were able to pin the Ducks top line and get an offensive zone whistle.

Markstrom made some great saves and was a factor tonight.

Top line good as usual. Dube and Mang skated well. Really happy with the game.

I will say since I pull highlights from both broadcasts of every game, if the SNET broadcast has a SN watermark logo in the top right of the screen it's usually an inferior quality of the other broadcast for some reason.

But usually the 2 feeds are literally identical in terms of picture quality (and camera cuts / replays). It makes it easier for me to layer both feeds and mask out watermarks.

I'll feel better when we're back to allowing ~25 shots and Tkachuk & Mangiapane are scoring again (not EN).

I'd like to see a return to the 2nd line of Backlund-Eat Bread-Coleman. They seem to work well together.

Gaudreau-Lindholm-Tkachuk
Mangiapane-Backlund-Coleman
Dube-Ruzicka-Toffoli
Lucic-Carpenter-Lewis

I'd like to see that tomorrow. Swap out Ruzicka for Jarnkrok is he's ready to go.

Markstrom was the difference but he’d be pretty disappointed he let both those goals in. He was thoroughly amazing all night though. Made quite a few saves that some other goalies wouldn’t have.

Thought Zadorov was awful. Like, Mackey next game please awful. This has been a trend for a little while.

Top line dominant again. For Gaudreau’s wallet’s sake I hope they can keep this up in the playoffs.

Really like the Coleman/Dubé/Ruzicka line. The Backlund line got the goals but I thought the Ruzicka line got the better chances. They were unlucky not to score.

Whole team came out sleeping in the first, great to see the turnaround in the 2nd. Also great to see them lock down a win in the 3rd, even though they gave up a few too many good chances.

Ducks fans are edmonton-level dumb, booing as soon as any of their players get touched. I don’t think they have a great grasp of the line between good defense and illegal obstruction.

It was the lockout year, so it was the second or third game of the season.
