Avs are looking a little loose defensively. Flames need to take advantage of that.

To me, this is the very definition of a game of precision. Everyone is detail focused and ready for what the other team can do on an attack. It's quite impressive to see such dedication to those details. May not be very exciting, but it's an incredible execution of a game plan by both teams.

Having that go through everyone and everything on the ice was almost harder to do than a bank-shot goal would have been.

Maybe but the Avs without 2 of their 3 top forwards.

I dont dislike the Flames game but that Avs team is ridiculously good.

Flames have been the better team, Avs are still a top 10 team without Nate this game was never going to be easy

Yeah he's fourth line. Grinds it out. Could use a five hole to get his mojo going again.

I'm not gonna blame Lucic for that penalty because it was a total joke. They "wanted to get one" on the Flames since it was 3-0 at the time.

Flames look good against the Avs, but problem is it's the Avs minus MacKinnon and Landeskog.

Have to show a little more bite on offense.

Thank god they scored on the 5 on 3. We needed Toffoli more than I even thought we did. Finally someone with a reliable canon for that exact situation.

I really, really want to see Jarnkrok get off the schneid.

Something to keep in mind, despite being a great team, Arizona has beat the AVs twice, with a healthy team.

It’s all about preparation. Tough league, any team is beatable.

IMO we should be crushing the Avs without MacKinnon and Landeskog. And in terms of shots, we are. We're just getting PDOd.

Their lineup tonight is still better than 2/3rds of the league

I have been a bit of a Tkachuk sceptic re: is he elite? but I’m not anymore - he’s Corey Perry.
