Compaining about HNIC talking about T.O and the oilerz is akin to complaining that the sky is blue and water is wet. I figure after 30+ years of watching HNIC more ppl would just tone out the bias and move on from it. I was wrong.
Truth be told, I like they don't pump my team up or over inflate the fan base into delusional BS beliefs.
I want them to win a cup under the radar. Not because they're perennially announced favorites die to marketing and commercialism.

I also think, with all the talk of the poor Oilers not getting calls, that they could have easily had a few penalties against that period. Dube got held up one time along the boards that would have been a penalty in the old NHL.

I am totally excited about the next 40 minutes of Oiler love. I cannot wait for the McBaby highlight pack. Oake talks to Tanev and spends the entire time asking about the Oilers. Disgraceful national broadcast.
I will bet the Greasers go penalty-free. How could that magnificent team make any mistakes?

It's actually interesting listening to Cassie the last few games. I really liked Singh with Hrudey, but with Cassie it seems really forced. She's good at interviews and on the panel, but I don't really like her color.
Conspiracy me says that she's given talking points by Rogers, and she's just bad at naturally fitting them in.

Cassie Campbell's problem isn't what she says, it's how long it takes her to say it. Someone needs to give her a K.I.S.S. before each colour gig.
