Watched FP1&2...Lots of games being played I think with fuel loads and engine modes. But Mercedes doesn't look good. Both drivers having serious porpoising issues still and they clearly didn't trust the car under braking.
Haas looks like it could have taken a big step forward and that makes me happy. McLaren looks lost and hopefully there just searching for performance that is in the car. Ferrari looks very good. Stable car, well balanced, and working well with all tires. Hope it's not just fuel loads and that they can actually push RBR.

I wonder if Ferrari got their power unit working better. Seems those teams are doing well. Merc looks in trouble, that's not sand bagging. I'm sure they will figure the car out, but I don't think it will be this weekend.

McLarens all about the brakes. They need to sort them.put in a hurry. Cars plenty fast but no drivers gonna push it to its limits if the brakes are bad. Feeling the same issue with Williams too.
I am curious about Astons issues though. Doesn't seems glued down properly.
Yall are right though, the Ferrari powerplants look really strong.

Not to be too pedantic but technically that should be LH.

Bottas ahead of Russell lol.
Merc 7 tenths and 1.7s back of pole. Wow. Never thought I’d see the day.

Haas in the top 10. Mclarens taken 10 steps backwards, extremely worrying. AM has nothing.
All Ferrari powerplant teams look like they have more power to mask their shortcomings.
All the mercedes engine teams look way off.
Also, Alex Albon out of the box putting in a strong showing for Williams.

A bit premature, but should be a fun year if this keeps up.

Love F1TV! Get up, watch qualies. And as I type this I’m watching the end of the crazy F2 sprint race. Glorious. Why did I not do this years ago.
I might have to be a Ferrari fan this year. I really don’t like Horner and the Ferrari livery is just mwah. That red is my fav.

F1TV has finally added an option to "Watch from the start" which is awesome! Used to be if you were late to watch the quali/race, you'd have to wait until it was over to watch it. But no longer!
I think there's some work to be done on the race graphics though. Takes up way too much screen space. I wish they'd anchor them to the side and bottom of the screen, instead of leaving that screen space gap.
Loved how excited Bottas and Magnussen were with their performance.

Yep. Been very happy with F1TV so far. Only issue is it freezing/glitching when I ffwd with the drag button and not the ffwd 10sec button.
Pumped for KMag as well. Haas looks so much better and F1 with him and Hulkenberg is better to watch.

Yeah, I was just noticing the lag when I was skipping forward to the start of the F3 sprint.
Watch from the start is new? Yay. That would have been annoying otherwise.
My guess on the location of the graphics is a difference is aspect ratio between NTSC and PAL?
I love the dark side.
For the season I’m hoping the top 6 or so all have a shot at the title and swap around a lot.

Soooo, how long before Ferrari has it's engines scrutinized? Seems to be a big key to success, and we all remember the BS cheating from a couple years ago.
Agree with Woob on the graphics, they take up way to much space. But it's not the first time they've improved them through the season. Some of it is good. They look very crisp.

Just hoping this isn't a mirage and we do get a good shakeup on the standings to go along with the regulation changes. Don't think there's a driver on the grid that I dislike so I'm really just along for the ride hoping for some fun racing.
Hope McLaren's issues are just the brakes and they're able to sort it out

On track passes for the lead? Close following? What sport am I watching? Because this isn’t F1.
Crofty is straight up giddy. I love it.
Aww that didn’t last long. Ferrari just too fast for the RB. Good while it lasted though. Seeing two cars fight on track like that is a good sign. Not that we never got any fights previously but I’m optimistic about the outlook for this year. Tires might now be the weak point.

What was the point of Lewis going 16 Laps on the hards?
Change of strategy?

No small coincidence that the entire 16-20 positions are all Mercedes cars. They've lost a massive step in the powerplant.
