That's a pretty weak slash. He tapped the stick and didn't make contact with his hands. Just enough to disrupt the scoring opportunity.

It's embarrassing that this is still tied. Flames just sleepwalking through this game. Reminds me of the way Tampa played against the Oilers last week.

I don't love this game, but I will say this.
Jarnkrok is very much going to be an important defensive player. Already I've noticed his position and he's always in the right place to break up a play defensively. Add in the shot he was robbed on and you have a pretty solid debut for a new guy.
Now, the rest of the team needs to get off their asses in the third. Just no energy at all tonight. Weird one.
