Yikes. Some cruel takes on here of local radio guys who most certainly read this. I think you should listen to what you like and flip on a podcast when guys are on that you don't like.
I've got way more issues with highly paid national personalities on Sportsnet.

Thank goodness you could hear them! I'm down in Okotoks right now working the Oilers playoff game and I did the radio hit while standing outside the arena... a couple kids started following me and screaming at the top of their lungs for a solid 15 seconds while I was talking

Listened to the 32 thoughts podcast from today. Not a single mention of the flames game, beating the cup champs last night, nadda.
Merrick show and this podcast go out of their way to not talk about the flames. It's really weird given the flames play this season.

Yes was going to say the same thing re: the podcast, however the point about avoiding talking about the Flames does seem valid on the morning show though.

It was noticeable to me last Saturday how after the Colorado overtime game on HNIC there was no post game discussion. Maybe it was due to scheduling timing, but if the Leafs or the Oilers had a similar game they would have been all over it.
It is also a super cheap piss off for me on the NHL subscription. On the American feeds they have literally hours of post game coverage. None on the NHL app. Minimal on Sportsnet. Thankfully the Flames have their own post game coverage on YouTube that is 1/2 decent.
It’s just a disorganized joke, scrambling and searching for what should be the easiest to find.

I think they really only have any sort of post-game on Saturday nights when the game is in Canada (After Hours). They don't send anyone south for those segments.

I think you are hearing what you want to hear.
He had Lanny on today and certainly the Flames were part of the discussion.
Then he had Meaghan Mikkelson on BECAUSE she did last nights game with Ryan Leslie and ALL they taled about was the Flames.
Certainly the Leafs get a lot more talk because it is a Toronto station that hosts the show.
Marek covers all aspects of hockey on his show, and when it comes to the NHL, in the first 30 minutes he and Elliotte cover all teams and aspects over the course of a week.

They talked about the Flames Avalanche game on Mondays podcast and they were pretty favourable to the Flames. It’s a podcast that covers the entire league for about one hour twice a week.
Expectations might be a tad unrealistic here but then again, no surprise.
