It's my Birthday so:
Washington 4-Calgary 5

Toffoli with 1, Lindholm with 1, Gaudreau with a pair, and Lucic with one is all I ask.

I'll let Ovi have a pair to tie with Jagr on the all time list.

And I'll be following from the Jets/lightning game as I'm stuck in Winnipeg so my boss did what he could to make it a god birthday.

I'm taking my kids to their first ever NHL game tonight.



I haven't been to a warmup since like 2008 lol.



What time do warmups start? I wanna take em down to ice level and watch Ovi rip some one timers.

Used to do this with my kids when they were younger. Hopefully someone flips them a puck, although I guess odds are better for a road game.

You have to rotate the goalies every game in this compacted schedule this week. Have to. I'd be shocked if Sutter ran Marky ragged through the week.

Vladar with the starts vs Caps ( today) and Red Wings (Saturday)
Markstrom with the starts vs Lightning (Thursday) and Avs (Sunday)

Hopefully that’s how the starts line up.

Looks like Dan Vladar starting tonight vs. Washington. He’s in the starter’s net at optional skate this morning.

Brad Richardson, Brett Ritchie, and Michael Stone the only skaters, so looks like the same lineup otherwise from Monday night. #Flames

Flames are certainly capable of winning this game but I won't be surprised if they don't. They have to be tired so I'll be ok with a loss as long as they don't mail it in.

Having said that, god is it ever nice to be into the second week of March and games aren't "must wins".

Makes sense. Techincally, Vladar vs Oilers and Markstrom vs Caps would have given us the best chance to win both games... but the 4pts vs Edm are way more important than the 2pts vs Wsh, so I agree with the approach we've taken.

I would be there at least 45 minutes before puck drop. They need the last 15 to clean the ice.
