Well there was a sequence after a stoppage in the 2nd where 2 or 3 Flames confronted him. The ref or linesman escorted him to the bench and they seemed to be scolding him. Wonder if he said something offside on the ice then and carried over to the end.
One more game against these losers in a few weeks. Saturday night and a national game so we won’t have Hrudey going out of his way trying to make Oilers fans feel better, instead will be Cassie praising every drop pass and dump in of McDavid’s as elite skill.

Draisaitl and McDavid were shockingly bad tonight. Nurse being bad doesn’t surprise me, he’s always been highly overrated, but I genuinely don’t think I’ve ever seen those two play so poorly. Especially Draisaitl. I thought Nurse and Draisaitl were the two worst players on the ice for either team, and that’s saying something. McDavid looked completely disinterested. He looked like a beer league player going for a 10:30pm skate at Jack Setters.

Kane was on the ice when Looch crushed the young defenceman. Tough guy grabbed Monahan and looked at his skates. Such a paper tiger.
I can remember a time when guys like that bullied the flames. Those times are gone.

Short time ago there was a lot of "I hate to say it but the Oilers blah blah blah" even on here.
Remember that 50 wins guy? lol was it Ziggy?

Remember when Oil Stain and village idiot came out of retirement not even that long ago because they were coming off beating the Canucks in a shootout (the win for the ages) and Preds in OT or something like that?
Such premature buffoonery.

They've been not good since about December, they've had moments where they've had good games. But for the most part, they've really fallen off from the first quarter of the season.
The last three games, they're back to playing like they did when they bailed on yet another coach.
Woodcroft is going to have a short and painful stint as an NHL coach. There has been something rotten in the Oilers dressing room for a while. They're a team with very little energy most nights, they quit on themselves really easily, and they want to play the game their way and not how the coach wants them to play.
The Hilarity is that other teams will know Holland is desparate and clearly not good at his job so they'll take advantage. If the Oilers fail to make the playoffs, I doubt they'll have an easy time with free agent signings.
The Oilers are on the verge of imploding. I can feel it and all of you can feel it and its glorious.
The only way to fix it to be honest is to gas Holland and the rest of the old boys club, bring in a GM and give him complete free reign to do another 3 to 5 year rebuild and trade what gets them the most young assets and high picks.

McD and Leon seem pretty tight/ on the same page (also both entitled jerks).
Connor looked like he'd just had it after that last game.
Flames played well, but him and Draisaitl both looked like they'd mutually decided between the last game and this one #### it, we'll suck our way out of this hellhole.

He doesn't do pressers anymore. After each game loss he goes directly to the team councillor to get a pep talk.

Yeah, that was a good gesture and show of support by the Flames. They've also been flying the Ukrainian flag on the screens at McMahon for a few days now.

Tyler Toffoli is so clutch and he's a good player too. Flames are lucky to have gotten him. 2 beautiful goals.
Good win!

McDavid might as well of been filming a CCM takeover with how boring and bland he was last night. One or two rushes? That's about it. Still better than Draisatle who was downright awful.
Tyler Toffoli is such a massive addition and 88-63-73 looked to have some immediate chemistry. That's a huge step up for Ruzicka, hope he can keep up this play
