that's the quandry...who can you sell?
I think you'd have to get roster players back unless you are admitting to going into a rebuild...and that would not suit guys like McDavid or Draistl very well I would think...

he also netted goal 193 tonight. pulling him even with Hakan Loob, highest (goal) scoring non-Canadian in Calgary Flames history (he took the same point scoring crown from Suter last game)

i mean, you can try i suppose...if they are sellers, they are basically waiving the white flag anyways.
personally don't see a lot of a market for those guys, but if you don't think they are part of your long term plans, you might as well see what you can get on the market.
