I liked how they kept bringing up Smith's injury...like him playing would have been some kinda advantage.

What a clinic tonight. Now that's how you play the Oilers! Finally our PK came through against them... the little adjustments seemed to take away all the time and space they had.
I really liked the adjustments, and the only goal they scored was assisted by an official. I guess the officials figured giving them powerplays wasn't helping, so might as well get an assist.
As for the team, great effort, they made it look easy despite all the emotions involved. Oh and the Oilers had an expected goals of 1.69... McDavid and Draisaitl didn't generate much of anything. Now that's how you play the Oilers from now on!
