Just a reminder that the Flames probably go up 3-0 had it not been for the hold on Mangiapane on what would have been a shorthanded 3 on 1 earlier... uncalled.

I think the NHL needs to revisit that rule around the ref impacting the play there. Like maybe if the puck goes off the ref and the defensive team doesn't make contact with the puck before the puck goes into the net, it's no goal.

I didn't like the one that was in the way when Johnny was trying to dangle in the first either. Time to go to lasers and robot officials I think

If it was part of the game Kelly, it would happen all of the time.

The officiating from the avs game to this game is night and day. The Oilers aren't equipped to play a real playoff game and the Flames have honestly seemed to let them off fairly easy so far.

Worst possible place for the ref to be standing on that play and looking away from the puck

No more low percentage shots that just lead to it rimming out of the zone.

Why can't Kylington shoot the puck?

Weird rants by Hrudey to excuse the goal by saying the puck is live if it hits a ref, so Markstrom's outrage isn't warranted.

Markstrom wasn't mad that the play wasn't blown dead, he was mad that he ref allowed himself to be hit by the puck when he should have been paying attention.
