I did not. I ain't gonna watch no Shapo unless it's a major or at least the QF of a 1000. Semis of a 500? Nah. Not worth the risk to my mental equilibrium.

Norrie sends Tsitsipas packing 6-4 6-4 and the playbook tonight was just keep hitting balls to the Greek's backhand. Fantastic performance from Cam.

First set to Rafa 6-3 and Medvedev looks all out of sorts to be honest.

Nadal plays like this he'll be hard to beat all year. Rejuvenated!

Yeah, the slow conditions in Acapulco are certainly to Rafa's liking. You can see Medvedev going for too much at times because he can't hit through this court and Rafa is getting everything back.

If you're just looking at the set scores, you're thinking ho-hum Rafa won easily when the truth is that second set was a titanic struggle.

Medvedev is #1 in the world for now, BUT Nadal is the GOAT, I truly believe that after the start of this year.

Looks like Vesely is running out of gas and Rublev is making everything.

Rublev in full control of the match, up a set and a break (should have been two breaks) and one guy in the crowd yells out something and he's totally unhinged. Back on serve.

Crowd has gone full New York on Rublev. Mental midget.

Andrey rights the ship combined with the V-Train running out of steam. Long hail the king of the ATP 500's as he lifts his 10th title.

Rafa a set away from his 91st ATP title. That's only 89 more than Felix and Denis combined lol

In the words of Taylor Swift...... today was a fairy tale

He's 18 titles behind Connors record 109, I'm not sure he will get there but you never know with Rafa.

Zverev is playing next week in Davis Cup. Is David Cup part of the ATP or does this mean he won't be suspended from any tournament?
