I’m fine with the lineup changes. Dube needs a wake-up call. Richardson is dependable and Ritchie brings energy.
The Wild should be a cautionary tale for the Flames. They are in a bit of a rut after a sustained hot streak. Flames need to avoid the same fate. The Wild looked very good against Edmonton, especially early. They backed off as the game went on but that may have been score effect.
Hoping for a split of the home and home. Win tonight and they go into St. Paul with their confidence back.

Does Ritchie bring energy? Honest question. He's not a bad skater, but I just don't see a lot of hop in his game, and I haven't seen him smash anyone up either. I get why he's in tonight, I guess.

IMO that’s why we’ll see him with some different linemates at some point. Monahan and Dube aren’t much help in the scoring department. Coleman may be a better fit so at least that line can break even.

Coleman and Backlund are perfect together as the shut-down line, I don't get why people want to break that up.
Monahan and Toffoli are fine together, but they need a LW that will gel the line, and so far, Dube hasn't been it. Neither has Lucic. I think Mangiapane would be great with them.
Mangiapane - Monahan - Toffoli
Lucic/someone - Backlund - Coleman

We’ve seen how important a 200 foot Center is to a scoring line with Lindholm. I don’t like Monahan playing with two scoring wingers.

Mangiapane and Toffoli are both good defensively.
But if you have a couple more Lindholms lying around, that would be great!

I remember when 4K came out and the hilarious Iggy commercial. Well it was a buncha NHLers but the Iggy section stands out in my memory for obvious reasons.
