Well at least we can all agree that the Canucks have played infraction free hockey.

Why not. 6-5 Flames.
After each of the first 3 Canucks goals, the Flames has better chances to score on the next two shifts then the Canucks goal chances they had just scored on.
Then throw on an ice cold goalie who bobbles the goal and the next shot that Anderson had to cover as it was going in if he didn't

LOL Vladar doesn't have his equipment on correctly.
Reminds of me that time Ralph Malph got into a game.

I live in Victoria. Starting to think it wasn’t a good idea to trash talk the Canucks for tonight’s game with all my friends, my co-workers, and anybody else that I came across in the last couple days. Tomorrow will not be fun.

Flames were carrying the play and then come the penalty calls which evidently only go one way.
Hit goalie and trash reffing. This is why winning streaks are so hard.

I think they needed this ass kicking after the past few games. I am sure it's difficult for a coach to fix things on a 10 game winning streak.
Oh well, hopefully they can regroup and be ready for Saturday. I think they will be.

Bold of you to assume the refs will try to even it up.

Start by benching Hanifin and Coleman. They’re just useless tonight!

The holding penalty maybe. The Monahan and second Coleman penalties looked like Academy Award winning acting and I’m not sure any contact even took place. No penalties for the slashing on Gaudreau, the crosscheck on Lindholm in scoring position, or the goaltender interference that caused Markstom’s skate blade to break. The Canucks should have at least as many penalties as the Flames, not 4-0 as it is.
How is it that a team with among the highest possession numbers in the league have had 4 or 5 games this season in which their opponents took no penalties?

Comeback was a realistic possibility before the skate blade break

Fine, but there was one shift in the second period where the Canucks committed 3 flagrant fouls and not one of them is called?? That is just garbage officiating!! You can’t call everything on one team while letting everything go on the other team. These two refs must be Vancouverites.
