Please get shots off if you're coming in alone. At the VERY least!

Fun period. Canucks clearly brought their A-game. I expect if they continue playing the way they have been, the Flames will see nothing but the best efforts from their opponents the rest of the year.

Yup. Backs, TT, Mangi and Looch starting to make an impact. Good signs.

Tkachuk needs to get with the program and simplify like he has over this whole stretch. He's playing cheeky tonight.

Boys are looking good especially second half, outside a couple breakdowns most of Markstroms saves are from the outside but he did have a couple big ones. Just need to bury some of our chances, couple of breakaways and some good puck movement when we gain time in the ozone. Let’s go!

Lots of flames fans too BTW, tons shouting LOOOOOO when Lucic has the puck!

Were you believing that their prior opponents were bringing their “B” games?

I had your game on in the next room as I am preparing dinner (smothered beef/bean burritos)...and it seemed that your guys were applying pressure a lot, where as the Canucks seemed one and done on the rush. Brief observations, Johnny Hockey seemed to want to force the diagonal weak side pass from the R circle, indirect handcuffing shots for rebounds every now and then could pay off. A lot of cycling high, but, the W side D man has got to sneak down occasionally. Markstrom looked calm and solid, and your D looked good except for a weak clearing pass I saw a couple of times. Definitely would call that a good road period.

Last two opponents looked desperate to me.

Is SN 360 supposed to be a National broadcast? If so they forgot the Flames are playing

Agree the Flames got better to end the period. I'm sure there were some nerves to start chasing an 11th straight win.

Flames calmed down near the end and are starting to play. Think it was nerves

Hate playing Canadian teams because there's no US broadcast to switch too

me too. American broadcasters seem more unbiased and they give us a lot of respect
