I've always liked Parise (/hated because he's an effective forward).

Coyotes might have traded Lyubushkin. Ritchie going back would make sense as Arizona has the cap space and could increase the return for Lyubushkin.

Even though I sometimes miss the games, I always try to watch the rerun of the 32 Thoughts segment, and boy this last one on HNIC was terrible. Topics nobody cared about. Why don't they go back to talking trade rumors instead of amateur talk? Seems like a towing the company line kinda thing. Complete waste of a segment.

I actually don’t mind when they talk about the other happenings in the world of hockey.

Personally I feel that stuff should be kept for their radio show or a blog. Who actually watches the PWHL and cares about the CEO? And who cares if Montreal talked to a female player to join the team? Then they talk about lower line guys. How can the two goofballs show enthusiasm to topics so lame? Meh, I'm probably grumpy right now making a mountain out of a molehill but these guys seem to be off the mark on the Saturday segments recently.

How many times do you want to hear about where Claude Giroux is going to be traded?
I like the fact they cover broader topics

Jaaaaaarnkrok plz!

Might have to wait until the deadline for the cap to work, but get him Tre.

And for who he bumps out? Ruzicka, clearly.

Ruz has done very well, and hopefully has a bright future, but Jarnkrok would be a clear upgrade at this point in time.

They both look really good.

They're both really affordable cap-wise.

Please do.

Jarnkrok should bump out Lewis, not Ruzicka. Lewis has been better than I anticipated but he's still clearly the 12th-best forward on the roster as it's currently constructed, IMO. The Flames could really use someone who's more impactful during five-on-five play.

Include Dube in the deal so McCann plays with Monahan and Toffoli, and Jarnkrok replaces Lewis on the fourth line. Lewis is still good and can be switched with Ruzicka if need be.

Dube + Zarry + Ritchie/Richardson
For
McCann and Jarnkrok (with some kind of retention to make the cap work)

If they had to, I would include a pick too. Neither guy is a pure rental, McCann is an RFA and could replace Monahan moving forward and Jarnkrok could be convinced to extend to play with his cousins(aren't all Sweed's cousins?). I've had hope for Dube but he just isn't doing it for me this year, if he turns things around before the deadline things would change. I was never a fan of the Zary pick and he doesn't look impressive at all to me. Ritchie/Richardson are included to make roster/cap work. Not sure if that value is way off but you have to give to get I think a few teams will want Jarnkrok, and McCann is young.

If Wolf is ready and Flames think he is ready to backup - at some point Vladar can be one a very valuable trade chip.

While I do agree with you, I suspect the Flames are going to do their best to take their time with Wolf. Unless there is an injury I don't see him playing with Flames for another year.

There would be a large number of teams that would be interested in both McCann and Jankrok, so you won't be getting both for such a paltry offer, especially asking for salary retention and including a cap jump.

Expect to include one of the prize prospects if you want to win the bidding war for these guys.

And by the time that Wolf is ready maybe it makes more sense to trade Markstrom and go with a Vladar and Wolf tandem.

Id rather keep Dube to play with McCann. Seans skating stride is hampering him...sounds like a good case to be put on LTIR until the end of the season at least...

Then I don't want to win the bidding war on these guys. Would either guy be a nice add at the right price? Sure, but certainly not a need.

^ I think we need another 3rd Line upgrade, most notably at the C position.
