This streak feels different than other streaks in recent years. We are winning in different ways, not just riding a hot goalie or top line. We've won with smothering defense or great scoring or great goal tending, or a combo of all three.
Flames sure feel legit.
Someone mentioned Burke in the game thread, Burke based his theory for team construction (or so he was quoted anyways) on things he had picked up from Bill Torrey, to paraphrase Burke--
with that in mind he tried to build his teams with the plan that they had to be big and physical enough to play in a rough-and tumble series, quick enough to play against a 'greyhound' team, savvy enough to play against a veteran team, and trained well enough to play against a team that relied heavily on a defensive system'...

With the looks that Lindholm has had these past 7 games, I feel like he should have like 35 goals by now. Seems like he has 5 or 6 great looks every game. Since the Olympic Break the Flames trailed Toronto for just over a minute and that's been it. Playing 5 games in 8 nights is a lot easier when you pretty much spend the whole time playing with the lead.
2 more guys jump the 20 goal threshold. Pretty good chance that all 4 of these guys are getting 30, and they all could get to 35.
