I think he’s trash but I thought Zadorov and Gudbranson were trash too. Still don’t think he’s worth assets.
I don’t mind the price of 1st, 5th, Heineman, Pitlick for Toffoli. I do mind that Treliving is not getting a bigger fish. Toffoli doesn’t really move the needle for me, but he’s an ok player. Would rather replace Ritchie with Phillips and see how that works before getting another half measure.

The problem with Chiarot is I'm not sure who he is replacing in the lineup.
Everything would point to Kylington and that would be a colossal mistake.

In my eyes there is no way he isn't the 7th defenceman.
Kylington has been too impressive to remove from the lineup.
Chiarot coming in also makes it more difficult when it comes to the salary cap today...I'm not sure I see how Chiarot makes sense today.

He's the same as Zadorov minus offensive instinct. Chiarot was being carried by Weber in previous seasons.
