Exactly this, especially the Dube/Ritchie winger combo. Honestly consider them the 4th line right now with how good Lucic and Ruzicka have looked together.

I've managed to stay up late and watch a couple games this week (not easy with two kids under 2), but the Flames have definitely made it worth the while. Awesome hockey to watch. Goodnight all!

I have a sudden urge to see our 2021-22 playoff snake. Seems like it got a nice boost in the last little while.

Rasmus continues to eat huge minutes and is frequently the Flames TOI leader.

He seems to be making much better reads on when to pinch or carry the puck into the zone.

like Gaudreau, he is making much better decisions with the puck. And he's a poop disturber. Love that guy.

The number on that jersey is 89, very clearly on the shoulder. Champs is a much more fitting name bar. No Flames fan is getting 99 on a jersey, for any reason.

I was lukewarm on the Tanev signing at best thinking the Flames paid a touch too much for a year too long. Been thinking of getting a Collie/Shsppard cross puppy and naming him Tanev because they are very smart dependable dogs.

I am ecstatic that Sutter saw the potential in Kylington and allowed him playing time to develop and grow.

Sutter deserves a lot of credit.

Remember the kid from Calgary with the last name Crosby born in 87 that bought a Flames jersey before Sid was drafted that said "Crosby 87"

lol

People scoffed at him at the dome, he constantly had to explain himself

You know, the only low spot of this season so far was that stretch where they were battling COVID. Missed games, missed practices, extended time off....just got out of sync and couldn't get it back.

Methinks if it wasn't for that, they'd likely still be in the top 5 for the league.

The coach - and the rest of the coaching staff - have done an absolutely incredibly job with this team this year. Dunno what water they've got them drinking, but keep it up!! They played a pretty perfect systems game tonight. Very few breakdowns and when they did, they cleaned it up fairly fast. Loved seeing that!

Not too high after a win...not too low after a loss. Nice even keel....

And I'm really liking Ruzicka, and oddly, Gudbranson. Never expected that.

In Sutter we trust.

I just want to shout out Blake Coleman. First night in 5 games he hasn't put up a point, and is usually never a defensive liability when his line is out there.

Perfect player you could have for the playoffs.

Good chance they are the #2 seed in the west IMO

Vegas .619 Calgary .644...Calgary has been through the worst of their schedule

He was top six in Tampa for 5 on 5 ice time in the playoffs last season for a reason

Don't look now but Johnny is 5 points back of McJesus after Connor spent the first 2 months of the year putting up 2 PPG on #### teams playing 27 minutes a night.
