enough is enough

Chara cross check that the league is supposedly calling every time is a strong play
questions the Islanders penalty that was a stick around the neck
Both Flames penalties were the right call when at least one of them absolutely wasnt

Out of curiosity did she like the No call on Chara when he hit Mangiapane in the numbers?

I learn a lot every telecast.

Hand to the face = reasonable provocation for dangerous hit from behind
Stick to the hands = can opener

And worse yet, "if you will" has made it's way into my vocabulary. I have caught myself saying it a couple of times.

That's why I'm watching the opposition's broadcasts more often than not if you will.

You are romanticizing Godard IMO. Yes a heavyweight but Flames have seen their share come through here in last few years. There hasn't been some big gap from Godard to Gudbranson. Unless it's a G thing maybe.

I don’t even thing it was a stick to the hands. It was a one handed stick to the lower shaft while pushing from behind. Since the isles player was leaning forward with all his weight on his stick to backhand the puck, when Coleman used his leverage to go stick on stick and push him at the same time, the isles player lost his balance. None of it was a penalty though.

She can’t even watch replays right. And she clearly doesn’t know what a can opener is.

Solid period. Flames have been the better team tonight by a wide margin, and other than the unfortunate miscue on the 2nd Isles goal, they've also played a perfect defensive game tonight.

20 minutes to go. Let's get at least one more insurance goal and close this out.

Ken Holland: You can't win games 5-4

Elliotte Friedman: 3-2 is a win for the Isles right now

Yes, her first game was in 2006, Flames vs Leafs.....where Mark Giordano scored his first two goals and Mats Sundin notched his 500th.

The best part was I didn't have to listen to her as I was at the game.
