Marky stops 74 of 76 shots (.974) in the back-to-back against top-tier competition. If anyone was still wondering if the guy is an elite goaltender, you got your answer loud and clear.

Really? They scored 5 goals, dude. Markstrom was huge, no question. But they don't win that game if they don't score all those goals.

That was a hard fought game against a very good hockey team. Leafs were the better team in the 1st. Flames took over in the 2nd and part of the 3rd. Leafs pushed back hard late in the 3rd when the Flames were absolutely gassed, but Markstrom and the Flames' D held the fort.

This was another big statement game proving that the Flames can hang with the big boys. If they can keep putting in these kinds of efforts for the remainder of the season, this team is gonna be a VERY tough out in the post season.

2 statement victories back-to-back. The Saddledome is becoming a place again that opponents don't want to go to.

The fans were buzzin' again. Please keep that up guys!

Loved Zadarov and Gudbranson dummying the Leafs after they ran Markstrom

Wow, just thrilled, good teams find ways to win.

Wasn't always pretty, but it certainly was....

Yup, big guys only matter if they step in when needed. Send that message - run our guy, we flatten your face.
