Who was that using the bacta tank in the end credits scene?

When Fennec said Boba should use the tank, and he said it was being used I figured it was Krrsantan using it because Boba said he owed him a session in it earlier while they were fighting the Pikes, but then Krrsantan showed up a few seconds later.

Yeah wish Bane could have stuck around. Although people have returned from worse in Star Wars. Just such a cool character. Instantly throws everything into a western.

Spoiler!
Mos Espa? More like Mos Vespa...amirite??

The sniper that gets shot and gradually falls out of a window, through an awning onto bags of water? Come on...

I love the Twilek deputy mayor...he will always be Blaise St. John from Lodge 49 in my heart.

And Boba is never going to get all that Wookie fur out of his Bacta Tank.

Although, I will say....'King Kong Monster Battle' was the not the way I thought this was going to go.

Overall though...thoroughly, thoroughly enjoyable. These guys know what they're about.

I mean they delivered on what was building all season. I wasn't a huge fan of how they kind of shoe horned in the Grogu/Mandalorian reunion. I felt like that cliffhanger could have waited for the start of Mando season 3.. but I guess they must have big plans to get that part over with.

It feels a little... rushed. Just how it all went down, from start to finish. I enjoyed the Luke/Ahsoka/Grogu part.. but I dunno. It was such a big moment for him to go with Luke at the end of season 2, and now a few cut scenes inside the Boba Fett season and they are right back together..

Anyway, overall the show was very enjoyable. I'll agree with most, remove the vespa riders and its a 9/10. Maybe even 9.5 with that Rancor action sequence, so well done.

I really hope that's the last we've seen of the mod squad, but I guess it's their way of being able to save any character they want to ?

Also the Cad Bane sequence was great, if you know the history. If you don't I imagine it felt a little flat and again, rushed. I feel like Bane had a great arc if you dip into all the sources, but definitely in the context of this show he looked cheated.

I would have liked to see him stick around, but I get it, and sometimes just having closure is nice (IE rebels and Maul).

I'm glad Black--- err just Krrsantan survived, that character has been so menacing I just love it. I guess colours are to racist to include in names now..

I had read spoilers a while ago that Han was going to show up, I am glad he didn't. It would have felt like to much with all the Luke cameos. That being said, I wouldn't be against some sort of cross over moving forward..

Yeah, with these shows being in this era of Star Wars, and with them bringing in Luke, I keep thinking it's only a matter of time before we see a bit of Han, Chewie and Leia as well.

If they do that, hopefully they do it well.

Cad Bane isn't dead. That guy has died, been imprisoned, shot and beaten up and survived it.

He'll be back, good interesting villains do that.

I liked the finale, I loved that they bought in the Scorpion Droids. A nice Clone War Easter egg when they talked about their Kinetic Weapons moving to fast to break the shields. In Clone Wars the weak spot with Droidekas were slowly rolling grenades. Also a nice Rebels nod with the Meloran at the end.

I also liked that Boba took a shot at Mando's honor code. His sect are basically backwater hillbilly Mando's.

Apparently his heart rate device thingy was still beeping.

But I don't think his character has anywhere left to go.
He's going to die of old age anyways. Will not be around by the time of the Sequel trilogy.

Well that was cheesy fun. Truly loved the Rancor moments, I got everything I wanted and more.

Found that they did a few too many slo -mo shots, and they just can't make the mods cool.

Go back and count the unnecessary jumps, flips and rolls.

The series was fun but some real cringy stuff. The Grogu snuggling up with the Rancor scene was so cute.

I expect that we'll see Bane back next year, He's got unfinished business with Fett.

I'm a sucker for the slow motion Western gunfighter shots though.

But for next season, I really don't think there's much left on Tattooine. The Pikes aren't going to come back. Crimson Dawn won't bother.

Mixed feelings coming out of the finale.

I'm just glad they nailed the two Mando episodes and Luke because that's all that really matters to most of us going forward.

Luckily this series is more of a one-off, so some mindless Tatooine fun with doesn't derail anything bigger scope.

The extra spin + shoot that each of the characters have done more than once is cheesy as hell.

You could just point the gun but first you have to do a 360 turn to point the gun in same direction it was already facing.

Robert Rodriguez got schooled this season by Bryce Dallas Howard and even Steph Green. I can't even describe exactly what it is but he makes every street action sequence look so cheap, like CW quality or less. the parts that were good with the rancor and mega droidekas I'm crediting to the animators.

was Fennec's hit on the Pyke headquarters planned/approved by Boba? I'd assume no since he's such a softy that he was planning to just talk it out with them again, otherwise if he was so sore about getting betrayed why wouldn't he want to be there himself and look them in the eye.

also the hit job itself was so weird. Fennec shoots a bunch of guys inside of a small enclosed room, from out of nowhere such that they can't even see where it's coming from. and then she goes to the trouble of gruesomely hanging the mayor, again from where I'm not sure because it just looks like a pretty basic hut. at least while stabbing the Pyke leader she could have had a cool line like "The Mandalorians send their regards" or "Try this on for Spice..."

It feels like they started writing this series, realized they didn't have that much to write about, and then just went nuts with a bunch of crazy crap....Hey Boba Fett really isn't that interesting....let's bring back Mando...have a Rancor go on a rampage...throw in all sorts of ninjas...some crazy SW weapons too.

A fun little battle royale, but also kind of nonsense. Fun episode though.

This is the same franchise that did twirly lightsaber dancing.

Pretty much on par.

I think this is more of a prequel thing, at least in the OT and ST the duelists vaguely tried to make it look like they were attempting to hit each other.

these dummies twirled for like an hour, many times inches away from a raging river of lava, and by the end barely had a hair out of place or a singe on their robes
