Or you can put your settings into sportsnet west mode where the puck goes in after the announcer says 'goal' :d

I have to do a quick rant. This has to be the worse offerings for Playstation Plus's free games in a month. I mean there was some real dog s*** but this one takes the cake.

I mean the rumours are out there that Sony will be getting something like gamepass but my gawd treat those that are still paying for this service better.

Yeah I actually cancelled mine this month, even thought it's up for renewal in october. To be fair I'm playing on PC more than my ps4 these days

Is it really that bad? Planet Coaster isn't everyone's cup of tea but it's still a full retail PS5 game that actually has decent reviews.

UFC 4 isn't amazing, especially since it's on EA Play already but isn't a bad game.

And Tiny Tina's game is still good even though it's a bit of a glorified Demo.

It's still better than what was provided with Games With Gold this month which is still the directly comparable service at this point.



People compare Game Pass to PS+, but those things aren't in the same realm.

Tiny Tina's thing isn't a demo or glorified demo either. It's the re-purposed stand-alone version of the Borderlands 2 DLC (that the upcoming Wonderlands game is a full release sequel to).

Planet Coaster is actually a really good game too so I'm not sure why people are dumping on this month so much. I'd rather play some of these than a lot of the "online co-op only" games they've been putting on the service recently.

I just would appreciate a game like Spiderman to come available or Miles Morales.

I guess I will keep paying like the shill that I am and keep dreaming of AAA titles to come lol.

Honestly Gamepass, and whatever Sony's response to that is, makes that less likely to happen.

Xbox Games with Gold isn't providing really any value or high profile games anymore, and once Sony launches their true Gamepass competitor / Playstation Now successor they will funnel all high profile / AAA games onto that service.

Yeah, I missed out on the game they were offering at the beginning of January until the 15th and didn't even care. I claim them just to have them but chances are most of them I'll never play anyway.

You kind of have one if you have PC Game Pass through cloud gaming but I didn't like the quality and performance of it compared to playing '21 on PS5.

But we don't have the best Internet up here (can't even use Air Link on my Quest 2 without it being laggy) so it might not be much of an issue for others.

Do some small short games, that only last a couple of rulers. One recommendation I have is try to kick the Norse out of Britiania

never played Horizon Zero Dawn, so did the same thing as with TLOU back then and picked it up right before the sequel is released so I can play them back to back without a break (if I like the first one, of course). Couple hours in and loving it so far ... no idea how I managed to evade this one until now.

I have really good internet and tried this today. It doesn't work really well because it's such a timing-based game and the input lag really throws it off.

Yeah, so probably a lot like what I was experiencing. I even tried playing it on my Xbox One and it just didn't play well. And I'm not going to buy a Series X just so I can play MLB The Show for "free" so PS5 it is even though I wait until October/November to buy the newest version.

I played almost 400 hours of The Show in 21 on PS5.
I'm a sucker for the perfect/perfect controller vibration....

Pretty incredible the amount of content they offer for free when compared to other ultimate team modes. I tried playing a bit of HUT this year and it feels like that mode is just designed to get whales to pay money.
