For those eating All Bran Buds and the like, are they any good?

My favourite is the American version if Kellog Sugar Corn Pops (they used to be this way in Canada until about 20 years ago).
In terms of Canadian cereal
Honeycombs
Sugar Crisps
Froot Loops
Funny enough, I was at an IT conference at Vegas, and one of the speakers used this as an ice breaker (asking what everyone's favourite cereal was)

Cheerios, Mini-wheats, Vector, and Oatmeal Crisp are the main cereals in our household. Sometimes Muffets, too. So pretty healthy and low on sugar overall, except for the mini-wheats. My wife and I eat a lot of cereal, generally a bowl in the morning and a bowl before bed.

You get used to them. They're not flavourful or anything, but they are filling. I find it helps to mix it with another cereal, like Vector.
At my age, introducing fibre into my diet is somewhat important.

Good as in tasty? Not really. Good as in do they work? Absolutely. I was told to eat 1/3 of a cup per day by the Dr that checks us for colon cancer... And he was very specific, it has to be those ones. I've put them into yogurt to make them go down easier, but frankly. you get used to them. Just eat them quickly or they get mushy!

Maple or Original Mini Wheats
Frosted Flakes
Apple Cinnamon Cheerios
Usually my bowls of cereal contain several different kinds because I like to mix them. It's just not as enjoyable to have a bowl with all the same kind in it.

Yeah, I wanted to know if they were tasty. I have been trying to add it to my diet as I have heard adding a cup or so to your diet per day can help in weight loss. I have a bridesmaid dress that I am terrified won't fit, so anything to help ... But those are both good suggestions, adding them to cereal or yogurt, thanks to both of you.

Glad to see Cookie Crisp getting some love. But it's all about another American cereal, Corn Pops. You may say how could American corn pops be different? They are a different shape, different flavour, just in general, a lot better than Canadian Corn Pops.

Reason: I now see I am not alone in my love for American Corn Pops

My favourites is Brown Sugar Mini-Wheats and Raisin Bran is a close second. I often pick up a different kind just to change things up a bit.
It also depends on what cereal Safeway is tossing a lot of Air Miles after, which seems to happen every second week. About two weeks ago after I came home from buying groceries, I built a cereal shrine in the hallway with two boxes of Mini-Wheats, two boxes of Raisin Bran and a box of Just Right. And of course they were all the monster sizes. For some reason, my wife took down the shrine and put the cereal in the cupboards. Some days I just don't understand her.
James.

Oh, those Golden Grahams
Oh, those Golden Grahams
Holy these 80's cartoony ones bring back memories! I can remember all the commercials and even the prizes. My favourite prize was the the Wacky Wallwacker...it walked down walls, and was just plain wacky!

Vector, but I typically don't eat cereal.
Fruit loops, Coco puffs etc. are way too sweet for me, I might as well be eating a bowl of sugar with a splash of milk.

Back in the day, it was Honeycomb and sometimes Boo Berry or Sugar Crisp. I hated Corn Flakes or Rice Krispies without adding sugar.
Nowadays, I prefer Oatmeal Raisin Crisp or Turboz.
