It is one the most unfortunate happenings on Earth, that children can be subjected to such violent, torturous and unimaginable horrors.
How a mind can even be tempted to prey on those that cannot protect themselves and put them through such horrible pain is beyond me. It is something I wil never understand.
How? Just look at that kids picture. Who could do that to a little boy? I wish we could let the victims parents have an hour in a closed cell with them. Tie them to chairs and give the parents various impliments to use however they see fit.
