Rushin Rafikov finally comes to north America. Didn't read the OP first time around so my vote for Pospisal doesn't count so I will go with Jeremy Poirier.

I think Jack Beck is going to turn out into a hell of a 6th round pick. A very smart pick at the time.

I think every player mentioned in this thread will never play an NHL game.

I want to say Beck as well, but he's missed a season and a half of crucial development time now.

Jack Beck for me. He sits in 6th in scoring on the 67s despite playing only 12 games compared to the 33-39 of everyone ahead of him.

GP:12 G:11 A:6 P:17

That's an impressive stat line for a 6th round pick that missed a full season in his draft year, especially one still listed at 5'11" and 161 lbs.

Before getting hurt he had 10 goals and 5 assists in his previous 10 games.

Pospisil 100% will. He’s better than Lomberg.

A single NHL game?

I wouldn't bet on that if I were you. I could see none of them ever becoming full time NHLers, but for none of them to play a single game has pretty much a zero chance of happening.

Jack Beck is an interesting prospect! Good production in extremely limited minutes this year too.
Jack Beck for me.

Hard to fathom given he's a 6th rnder, but agree with some who mentioned Kerins no longer seems like a dark horse!

Do you eat pube sandwiches with a fork and knife or just go for it?

Does anyone know the status of Jack Beck's kidney issues?

According to 442scotty, he was expected back at the end of January, so I guess any day now?

Frankly, I am amazed at how many interesting dark horses there are - normally, I don't get too excited about any of the prospects, other than the blue-chippers. But I am really excited about:

Kerins
Beck
Francis
Sergeev
Poirier

and I would put Wolf at the top of the list, except I don't think he is a dark horse at all

I would say Poirier. He doesn't get enough respect due to his perceived defensive issues, but I think he's the next coming of Oliver Kylington. He's got upper-echelon speed, dazzling stickhandling, and hockey sense. He has a ways to go, but he's already improving his deficiencies-he's 6th on the Sea Dogs, 2nd for D in +/-, albeit in the Q.

Cole Jordan-6'2", and an elite skater. Reminds me a bit of a meaner Brodie. This season is a total wash, as he was hurt for a huge chunk at the beginning of the season, and he is hurt again. He plays behind Daemon Hunt and Denton Mateychuk, and most likely will next year as well, so a change of scenery would really help his numbers.
