Can’t watch tonight’s game. Why is Markstrom in goal on back to back nights? Is Vladar hurt?

He has not been good, but that last goal was on Gudbrandson.

I doubt it really would have made a difference. This game is not on goaltending.

Comeback win, then I'll believe we have a chance this year.

So Monday the Blues were playing a back to back and looked tired. Tonight the Flames were playing a back to back and looked tired. I can't be too angry. It might be nice to see a game where both teams are in the same situation.

We aren't getting another goal past Husso tonight anyway. At least the Flames are still trying.

One thing that can’t be argued about this team is their absolute inability to come back. I can’t recall a third period comeback in a long time.

The funny thing is Markstrom hasn't given up 5 goals against even once this season! He has one game with 6 goals against... That was against Florida

All the goals are on turnovers and the Flames have 1 but obviously the Flames would be winning if they started their backup

That’s kind of the way it works in the NHL.

You’re down 2 after 2 periods, 95+ % of the time....you lose.

The bottom line is he hasn't made enough saves.

Meanwhile Husso has been fantastic

This game should be 2-2 or 3-3 right now

It was very stupid not to play Vladar today but you can rarely win with only 1 goal scored.

They're the only team in the entire NHL without a single comeback win this year. They haven't even won when trailing after the second.

So if Vladar started Husso would be worse? Flames would still have one goal

At least Vladar would have a game to keep him game shape.
