You hope that level stays up for the final to make it an unstoppable force / immovable object situation.

Can't see it happening the way Barty handled Keys who had also been in fire. Barty is just a level above everyone right now. She could win the calendar grand slam.

Australia is having a pretty good AO tourney - Ash Barty in the women's final likely to take the title and it's an all Aussie affair for the men's double crown including besties Kyrgios and Kokkinakis.

CHL, I did finally get a chance to watch the Swiatek - Collins highlights and the biggest thing I saw on Swiatek's service games was her serve was just letting her down (missing a bunch of first serves) and her second serve was landing middle of the box which Collins was just pounding either for winners or a weak return from Iga that was an easy put away.
Barty just looks unstoppable at the moment, watching highlights of her match against Keys and her serve is working well and she's hitting the corners of the box making the return very difficult. That wicked slice backhand of Barty's is incredible as well.
Barring Collins playing the match of her life and/or Barty succumbing to nerves, I see a straight sets win for Ash, I'm thinking 6-3 6-3

Sounds like the roof will be closed tonight which I believe favors Berrettini. Nadal could still advance, but this development likely helps Matteo.

Yup, it's no secret Nadal prefers to play outdoor, but with the heat getting to him last match could actually be a good thing.

Reminds me of him going against Del Potro, just attacking the backhand and avoiding that hammer of a forehand.

Berrettini needs two grips for tonight's match. the continental grip for his serve and the two-handed backhand grip. That's it lol

There’s no special strategy here, Rafa is just using the default anti-Federer pattern. If I was Berrettini I’d be spending every minute of every day trying to close up that monster hole in his game.

So Berrettini not only has never broken Rafa in a match, he is yet to even get to break point on Rafa's serve. Granted, this is only the 5th set between these two guys (2nd overall match), but that's still a crazy stat.

Interesting stat about Vitas - He lost 16 straight times to Jimmy Connors. He did beat him on his 17th try.

Berrettini has three break points (first ever against Rafa).
Edit: Matteo breaks and is serving for set 3. This came outta nowhere.
