Pissy and Salty play the first 1:55 of the powerplay.

That was a decent kill by Vancouver. Once you make McDavid/Draisaitl go into cycle, their advantage is gone.

because regional games have different sponsor packages - pretty hard to make one program and please two different sponsors

But the Edmonton crew works for all west coast national games? That's some awful rationale.

I actually think those phantom "improve the game" McDavid calls this season might be why the Oilers are over .500 at this juncture, given their entire game revolves around the McPP.

They actually tried to say “close to a slewfoot” on that call.

Dell is a cheap prick for a goalie!! He should get at the very least 5 games for that dick move.

Such a terrible call. If that were any other player, 100% that call doesn't get made. All the whining from SN and the Oilers media is clearly paying off.

Haha, I get the Canucks feed tonight. I'll take Shorty over WWE Jack 11 times out of 10.

I actually thought for a minute that Connor was getting it for holding the stick. I should know better.

Reminds me of the 2011 Canucks........Sedins, Kelser, Burrows etc flopping all over trying to get the PP to win the game. The refs need to stop falling for his garbage, but I doubt they will.

I think so. I switched broadcasts but I can’t recall if it was before or after.

Man, the Canucks broadcast on Sportsnet Pacific is soooo much less nauseating than listening to that Oilers crew.
