Pain-stakingly review the federal budget, point by point page by page?
No.
I agree with a lot of the outdoors/exercise ideas. Go to the U of C and skate around the oval (you can play that up to meet girls).
Hiking is a great idea.
Why not see if you can go camping for the weekend? It would depend on how old you are, but still...
Canoeing or paddle boats or whatever in bowness.

I dont think that will work. I was there yesterday and they had torn out all of the ice and had big arse tractors in there doing stuff. All of the boards were gone from the east hockey rink, all of the bumpers were gone.....I have no clue what they were doing....but I dont think anyone is skating there for a while.

Ohh good point there Kipper. Skating on concrete may be a bit hard to do. Oh well, keep it in mind for the winter I guess.
Anyways, you could go up there and see if you could use the gym...and..umm...enjoy the scenery .

Stippers, Liquor, and Whores. Add some Pepperoni and Jalapeno Chips from IGA/Sobeys and you are good to go.

Yeah, I agree with Oilfan... go to a club man!
So what if you're not 18? You don't even need an ID to get in these days. Grease the bouncers with $40 and you'll both get in. Chances of them going for it are lowered though if you don't have any girls with you... so for the love of god, bring some girls with you!
Find out if there are any raves going down this weekend... if there is, go and check it out! You'll find flyers in a lot of clothing boutique stores downtown.

The wife and I head out to Banff a couple times a year and have a picnic. Wandering around Banff is a nice change of pace too. However, that's probably more of a bf/gf thing. Not sure two video game buddies would be into that...

Give frisbee golf a try, it's free to play and there are courses scattered around the city. Just need to pick up a disc from Lifesport in Kennsington and away you go.
It doesn't sound as good as the hookers and blow but you won't be burning the next day either.

Wasn't high school always the best place/time to find/get into the best drugs?

Back on topic...
A day trip to banff is always fun...check out all the shops, eat at old speghitti factory...hot springs in the afternoon.
That may be more of a date than a trip for 2 guys...
COP will be open for mountain biking soon...thats always a good time.

West, actually, Its about 20 minute west of Airdrie on Big Hill Springs road/Hwy 567.
But that is a good suggestion. It is a nice little park to hike through.
