Default Perscription Drug Mess - Wrestling and others...

I'm not a pro wrestling fan, but i found this article interesting. there seems to be some prescription drug issues happening involving some high profile wrestlers.

I don't know about you but Edge and Shane Helms don't look like they're juiced up. I'd be looking more at guys like Bobby Lashley when it comes to things like that.

This is the same pharmacy mentioned in rubecube's thread.

This just keeps getting bigger and bigger.
Although with a Pittsburg Steelers' team doctor listed as purchasing $150K worth of steroids, I would have thought it would get bigger news.

Edge posted on his blog or whatever that he's admitted on OTR to have had using steroids when he had bone fushion surgery to help rebuild is spine and set the plate. for him this is old news.

This report is like saying the NHL is considering shootouts. That doesn't make what happened in the past right... but it's old news. Edge clears his name on his MySpace account, which I believe is 'ratedrsuperstar'.

The guy I'm most interested to see deal with all this is Kurt Angle. He thought he'd be better off in TNA, but the TV numbers didn't show improvement, and now this. The guy went from one of the most loved workers in the business to pretty close to a "where are they now" trivia question.

Sure, he's headlining in TNA... but headlining in TNA right now is like playing in that league Theo played in two years ago. Sure, it's compeditive, sure you have fans, sure you get to wrestle with Sting, Christian, and Abyss... but it isn't the WWE.

I'm sure the man upstairs has a massive breakdown for the Olympic Hero. Unfortunately, that's pretty much a pass threw the gates, if you know what I mean.
