I thought they were fine. The majority of Tampa's grade A chances came on that scary-as-hell PP at the end of the period there.

It's crazy how certain penalties are automatic, except when they aren't.

Flames are on the PK and after a whistle both Mangi and Dube get punched in the face, which is an easy call normally, especially when the team on the PP does it.

Outside of the post isn't really a close call with a shot from the wing..hitting the post square is a different story

PK was incredible early. Need to get back to being aggressive and give other teams nothing, like we were.

Vladar is a beast! He needs to be played more, not just to give Markstrom needed rest, but he is damn good on his own.

Exactly.

Not many top PP units as talented as the Lightning.

I will definitely take a scoreless tie after 1 against this team.

I wish Lindholm was as deadly on the LW PP as Stammer and OV are. It's what we need more of.

That was definetly pucker worthy, Tampa also had 2 other periods of extended offensive zone time. One was right before the flames powerplay and they only got a shot or 2 on goal but had like 8 shot attempts

Flames need more scorers up front. Time to look to the trade market.

We had a lot of our guys looking completely lost out there..rushing the pass, missing their checks, passing when they should be shooting…based mostly on pace..or lack there of! Skill not withstanding!

If we could get somebody else who was, we’d have some scary options. Lindholm is a freak at that catch and fire on the right side.
