In a long list of WR's who were giant POS's Brown is far and away the worst. You have to wonder how much Cash he left on the table by being a weenie. The 30 for 30 on him is going to be a fascinating watch when it eventually gets made.

Yeah but the Chiefs rushed to try and stop it, they could have just gone backwards or even pulled Burrow in like we saw with the Falcons and Lions last year. Almost worked out, but even if you get the stop it leaves your offense on the 1 yard line with no timeouts, that's not a very good situation.

i think they were hoping for a Bengals FG and Mahomes to start on the 25 down 3. Nobody thought the Bengals would go for it on 4th.

My guess is part of the reason he melted down is that he told he wasn’t going to be featured in the offence in the 2nd half, and thus personal bonuses were out of reach for the year (thanks in part to his Covid debacle).

If you drag him in on first down you get the ball back with 1:50 and two timeouts, needing a TD. I think of all the possible scenarios that is the one you win with the most often. But sometimes doing the crazy thing works, and it worked for the Bengals, albeit not how they had planned.
