Nurse with 29:01 of ice time.
Of course, the first two stars go to the SN darlings.

Sucks to see them still get a point, but I suppose that'll happen when they're constantly playing against equally s****y teams.
Luckily they have two very tough games coming up against the Rangers and Leafs, and it's very likely they'll get absolutely demolished in both.

They were putrid, how can you give them the first two stars. So embarrassing, they got manhandled in the 3rd and OT. Had no business even getting to OT. Sure give Costinem 2nd star but my lord.

Lol their ‘play of the game’ choice was literally a scramble knee block by Nurse after a terrible scramble shift in the dzone. They went to commercial and came back with that play being touted as the play of the game, so patently bad that crew.

Oilers lose. First and second star. Unbelievable homerism by that broadcast team.
Also, McDrai had been on the ice for over a minute into OT and refused to get off the ice despite the fact they were completely gassed. What a joke of a team.

Every single time Nurse plays more than 25 mins in a game you are going to lose…..100% of the time

Teams have figured out if you play extra disciplined against the Oilers and make sure you don’t give them PP opportunities you are pretty much guaranteed to win the game.

That, and put the body to them. Even with “killer Zack” in the lineup, that team is butter soft and McDavid cries when he is hit, while Leon pouts and floats.
Get on them, make them be physical, stay out of the box and it is pretty much a done deal. Even crappy teams in the bottom third of the league like the Isles and Devils can eek out an OT win playing that way against this sad sack franchise.
Looking forward to a couple more weeks of this when they are out of the playoff race and planning another draft lottery party.

The TNT panel for the Winter Classic is so lame. The jokes are delivered dad jokes, predictable and just lame knee slappers. Bissonette seems so out of place there as he can't be himself on TV.
