I am at a loss for why somebody would enter a thread that clearly says "Merry Christmas" if they don't care for Christmas.

That makes just as much sense as someone coming to a Flames Messageboard stating that they don't care for the Flames. Guys like that typically get the ban hammer

Anyways. forget the haters here...

MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE!!

Celebration starts tomorrow in my house. We let the in-laws have do the Santa ritual with the little believers then they get a second day of gift opening here. We eat, drink, and play games until New Years. By then I am happy to see them all leave, don’t want to see them again before spring.

I mean the literal thread title is “We Can’t Even Stop Arguing at Christmas”, and with the resulting opposing posts after his, it appears he’s keeping true to the thread title!

The thread title had changed to reflect the arguing.

Me and the wife decided to donate what we would usually spend on presents for each other to the local humane society. It felt good and also meant we both avoided the hassle of Christmas shopping. Stress free and will definitely do again!!

It was my first Christmas with my first grandchild! Best Christmas since the kids were small.
Hope everyone had/is having a wonderful holiday season (whether you like Christmas or not)!

I'd love to be anywhere between 1 and 24 for Christmas. Just show up, open some presents, eat a feast and enjoy.
At 45, you are responsible for ensuring the kids have a good time whilst entertaining boring boomers whilst putting on the show and cooking the food. It's the worst. And I have a bit of a mean streak so it's really hard just sitting there having to be nice to everyone. I hate it and love when it's over.

All I wanted for Christmas was finalized immigration, but no dice.
