I feel we're falling behind in pick speed here. Not even half way through round 3 and we have 4 more rounds to go guys.
Let's try to keep on top of our picks! Or perhaps set time limits so we can continue?
Not trying to be 'THAT GUY' as I know we're all busy, but 12-18 hours for 2-3 picks we may not get done before xmas.
Most may already be doing this but DM'ing the person after you when you've made your pick has kept things on a good pace during later rounds in years past. I know it certainly speeds up my picks when I get sidetracked and forget to check the thread.
It's like this every year it seems. Starts off slow and I'm like we aren't gonna get this done in time. But then it takes off and we are done with a couple days to spare. Hopefully this weekend we can get through a bunch of picks. Next week I'll be super busy at work and won't be checking thread much during the day.

It works out. As long as you send a PM to the next guy there is no rush. That’s honestly what I enjoyed about this draft. Sometimes you get 5 in a row, sometimes it takes 7 hours. We all have different lives and it is what it is. There is no rush.
Was just browsing rosters in preparation for my next pick and noticed there’s a kid named Oskar Maier! Wonder if he’ll still be on the board come my turn?
